EasyPage is content management system with simple administration and friendly url. This script use URL conversion, **www.abc.com/page.htm<** is executed in server as **www.abc.com/ep.php?file=page.htm**. It automatically generates navigation menu and page styles. You just need upload plain-text file to server and in multi-level navigation menu will be added new link and plain-text will be converted to html. It's free, under GPL license.
